At Dismount Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, back into their original shipping box or a similar protective container.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
