How much does shipping cost for bicycles?

We offer flat-rate shipping on all standard bicycles within the continental US, and free shipping on accessory orders over $99. Oversized fees may apply to e-bikes and cargo frames.

Do bikes arrive fully assembled?

Bikes shipped to your home are 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional safety check at a local shop before your first ride.

What is your return policy on cycling gear?

You can return unused gear and apparel in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or installed drivetrain components.

Do you offer professional bike fitting?

Yes, we offer both basic and advanced professional bike fitting services at our physical storefront to ensure your geometry is optimized for comfort and performance.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All new bicycles are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. Dismount Bike Shop also provides a complimentary 90-day tune-up period for all local assembly purchases.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the status of your shipment.
